Our Business:
- High Voltage and High Power test systems, Impulse test systems, PD-free labs
- Electrical Test & Measuring (T&M) instruments, like C&DF test sets, PD meters, Voltage Dividers etc
- GIS/Transformer on-site services including ITC up to 400kV, HV & PD testing up to 765kV class
- Operation, Maintenance & Repair of Gas Insulated Substations from 33kV to 765kV voltage levels
- EHV Cable post-installation testing, including Sheath testing, Power Freq HV testing, Tan-delta testing
- On-site and In-lab NABL ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration up to 200kV

Experience:
- Undertaken GIS repair & maintenance up to 765kV level successfully for PGCIL, NTPC, NHPC etc
- 1000+ bays installed, 500+ bays commissioned, 2000+ bays HV tested by us successfully PAN India, as well as overseas.
- Site impulse testing performed for 765kV GIS.
- Have tested 220kV EHV cable of single run length of 8kms at Power Freq as per IEC62067
- We have worked for almost all reputed GIS OEM's - GE, Siemens, ABB/Hitachi, XD, Taikai, L&T, Hyundai, Hyosung, Pinggao, CG, Sieyuan, NHVS, KEC, KEI, Brugg, Pfisterer, etc.
- Worked across the globe; Africa, Middle East, South America, South Asia, etc.
Capability Enhancement:
- Addition of extra modules to 225kV HV Cable test system to enhance testing current to 120A
- Will be able to test 7.5kms of 400kV cable, or 15kms of 220kV cable, or 25kms of 132kV cable
- Development of on-site Capacitance & Tan-Delta test system for rated voltage test
- 500kV HV test system and 800kV 80kJ Impulse test system at in-house lab
